Ingredients
2 tomatoes
1 avocado
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
Kosher salt and pepper
Pepper
½ c. chopped fresh cilantro
4 medium tortillas
6 oz. Muenster cheese
4 c. baby spinach
4 medium portobello mushroom caps

Directions
Heat grill to medium. In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, avocado, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon oil and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper; fold in the cilantro. Set aside China SEO.
Place the tortillas on a large rimmed baking sheet. Divide half the cheese among the tortillas, sprinkling it only on one half. Top that cheese.
Place the mushrooms on a cutting board. Brush with the remaining tablespoon oil, season with 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper and grill, covered, until just tender, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to the cutting board and thinly slice annie g chan makeup.

Ingredients .
1 lb. radiatore or other short pasta
1.50 c. broccoli florets
8 oz. turkey breakfast sausage
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1.25 c. non-fat half and half
1 c. canned pure pumpkin
2 tbsp. brown sugar
0.25 tsp. salt
1 tsp. olive oil
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, adding the broccoli to the pot during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain the pasta and broccoli and return it to the pot .
While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a large nonstick . Add the sausage and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until no longer pink, about 4 minutes. Drain off any fat.
Sprinkle the spice over the sausage and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in the half and half, pumpkin, sugar and 1/4 tsp salt and bring to a simmer; simmer for 1 minute.
Add the pumpkin mixture to the pasta and broccoli and toss to combine .
