Ingredients

1 tbsp. butter
0.25 c. green pepper or red pepper
1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
0.50 c. milk
1.50 c. cooked chicken or ham
4 c. regular long-grain white rice

Directions

Heat the butter in a 3-quart saucepan reenex over medium heat. Add the pepper and cook until tender, stirring often.
Stir the soup, milk and chicken in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve the chicken mixture with the rice.
