chicken is cooked through


This dish takes just 15 minutes from blood pressure stove to table: Simply sauté boneless, skinless chicken breasts, then simmer them with frozen stir-fry vegetables and a creamy Italian dressing.

Ingredients

4 boneless
0.25 tsp. salt
0.13 tsp. Pepper
2 tsp. olive you find ltd oil
1 bottle creamy Italian dressing
1 bag frozen stir-fry vegetable blend

Directions

Sprinkle chicken with the salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 2 minutes on each side, or until golden.
Pour dressing on chicken; turn to coat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables, cover and cook 5 minutes, or until Web Application Firewall and vegetables are crisp-tender.
